The PFA is a group of parents who head up events to enrich the children's school life outside the curriculum. Our aim is to raise funds for the school in a fun manner. In the past we have organised Christmas shopping for children, fun-runs and school discos to name a few events. The money raised is then given to school to be used where appropriate. In the past, funds have been used for the apparatus in the playground and pantomime trips to mention a small handful!
We gather briefly throughout the academic year to discuss how we can raise money. The PFA is not exclusive and any new faces are always welcome! We are always searching for new ideas and for help to run events.
If you would like further information then please to speak with your class rep or contact us via the school office. We also have a notice board which is located on the outside wall of the school hall (just before the gate before the playground), which gives details of up coming meetings and events.
We are running the Cash4coins scheme again. Please empty your drawers and piggy banks of unwanted change in any currency and bring it to school. Cash4coins will give us the best rate on all foreign currency, even money that is no longer in circulation. Look for the bucket in Reception and drop your coins in to donate.
We are looking for parents to come forward to act as committe members and as class reps for the P.F.A. If you think you could help please contact the school office.
We always welcome new ideas, are there any events that you would like to see?
If you have any comments please contact us via the school office.
